Printing Terms:

Approval of Design: It is the responsibility of the client to carefully review and approve the design before the printing process begins. Any mistakes, errors or omissions found after the design has been approved by the client and printed, will not be the responsibility of Indirect Styles.

File Format: All files must be submitted in a print-ready format. Indirect Styles is not responsible for any mistakes in design, formatting or content that occur as a result of files being submitted in an incorrect format.

Printing Process: Indirect Styles will print all approved designs using industry standard printing processes. Due to variations in paper, ink, and other factors, colors may vary slightly from the client’s original design.

Delivery: Indirect Styles will deliver the printed materials to the client by the agreed-upon date. If there are any delays in delivery due to factors beyond our control (such as shipping issues or inclement weather), we will inform the client as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by the Client: If the client wishes to cancel an order after it has been placed, they must contact Indirect Styles as soon as possible. Depending on the status of the order and the printing process, the client may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation by Indirect Styles: If Indirect Styles is unable to fulfill an order due to factors beyond our control (such as equipment failure or supply chain issues), we will inform the client as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request. Indirect Styles reserves the right to withhold any fees associated with design or other services that have already been provided.
